Flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells using Dlk1 antibody (green) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG2b (blue); Ab was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse lgG was used as the secondary Ab.
Western blot analysis of lysate from 1) mouse kidney, 2) mouse thymus and 3) rat lung tissue lysate using Dlk1 antibody. Observed molecular weight 41~60 kDa depending on glycosylation level.
